Apoptygma Berzerk constitue le premier ambassadeur Danois de la musique électronique. Remportant actuellement un réel succès lors de leurs concerts et mené par un certain Stefan Groth, co-fondateur du groupe en 1989, celui-ci nous propose une electro calquée sur les légendaires Depeche Mode, mais en version plus noire. Cependant, il faut mentionner la plage "Spiritual Reality", véritable exception à cette electro somme toute conventionnelle; le chant y est agressif, la musique percutante et cinglante… un véritable bijou.
