"Apologize" est un titre interprété par Timbaland et One Republic. Ne confondez pas Timbaland et une marque de chaussures. Si Timbaland a parfois des airs de bulldozer, c’est qu’il met à mal la concurrence. Timbaland, c’est le producteur de grands artistes. Il a notamment travaillé avec Missy Elliott, Aaliyah, Jay-Z, Snoop Dogg ou Justin Timberlake. Né dans les années 70, Timothy Mosley, alias Timbaland, commence sa carrière de producteur dans les années 90. Grâce à Genuwine, il se fait connaître. Le succès de « Pony » sert la réputation de Timbaland. Très vite, il devient le producteur R&B.
