Le 22 Décembre dernier, les trois derniers épisodes de la saison 1 de la série Jericho était programmés sur M6. Seulement voilà, les dirigeants de la chaîne ont jugé d'annuler la programmation à la dernière minute suite à un taux d'audimat non-satisfaisant pour eux! Il est évident qu'un bon nombre de télespectateurs et de fans ont protesté. Vous pouvez le voir sur le forum de M6 (pour le peu de messages verrouillés restants car apparemment les modérateurs du forum M6 font le nettoyage sur ce sujet qui dérange...)! Après 5 ans d'absence, Jake Green revient dans sa ville natale : Jericho. Jericho est une petite ville située dans le Kansas, à quelques centaines de kilomètres de Denver. L'homme ne s'éternise pas longtemps dans la ville, en effet, des évènements passés font qu'il n'est pas bien vu par son père et quelques habitants de la ville. Il reprend alors la route lorsqu'un évènement bouleverse ses projets mais également l'Histoire ! Une explosion nucléaire vient de s’abattre sur Denver, les habitants de la ville vont se retrouver isolés de tout contact extérieur. Quelle est la nature de cette explosion ? Un accident ? Une attaque ? Comment les habitants vont-ils réagir ? Face aux divers dangers qui les attendent, les citoyens de Jericho vont devoir s'organiser pour survivre. Mais cela n'est pas simple et certaines personnes ont sans doute intérêt à ce que le chaos perdure. La série Jericho nous montre comment les habitants de cette ville vont essayer de survivre à cette catastrophe de grande envergure qui change totalement les Hommes et le Monde !
